新增全局歌词偏移设置，并将全局偏移与单曲偏移统一用于歌词显示、歌词索引计算、桌面/悬浮歌词同步等显示链路。
修复安卓端歌词触摸跳转问题：默认歌词和 AMLL 歌词的 seek 目标均只使用原始歌词时间，不再叠加全局偏移、单曲偏移或 AMLL 内部提前时间。AMLL 触摸跳转后，会在命中的歌词行播放期间抵消 AMLL 内部提前量，避免 seek 到该行后歌词动画提前展开，同时保留正常连续播放时的 AMLL 提前入场效果。
