- 修改 reorderPlaylists 接口参数格式，支持全局顺序（自建 + 收藏）重排 - 更新主进程 playlist_order_update 接口，适配全局顺序重排需求 - 统一侧边栏歌单顺序同步逻辑，支持分别提交自建与收藏歌单分组顺序 - 添加 resolveNeteaseIds 工具，将存档 key 顺序解析为对应歌单 id 顺序 - 调整用户状态管理，合并自建与收藏歌单同步函数为 syncPlaylistOrder - 保证「我喜欢的音乐」歌单固定置顶，不参与顺序重排 - 优化侧边栏和设置页组件同步顺序时的性能和逻辑准确性 - 增加同步成功与失败的用户提示反馈
