v0.2.0 is tagged and released (https://github.com/SHcommit/ADR-toolkit/releases/tag/v0.2.0). changelog.md's Unreleased section gets this session's entries (harness-parity CI, Antigravity verification, CODE_OF_CONDUCT/issue templates, ADR-0011); improvements.md's P0 release-gate item is cleared since it's done; handoff.md records the full merge/tag chain and that project-roadmap.md has no unblocked items left without a fresh evidence signal or owner direction.
