Extracts the traceback fixture slice from #8954.

  • Copy the 10,000 canonical Levenshtein examples from CPython 3.15.0 (d220409a13b77de7a6c30abe16ea90db01528edc) with scripts/update_lib copy-lib.
  • Remove only the missing-fixture expectedFailure through scripts/update_lib migrate. Keep every test assertion and both other existing markers unchanged.

Validation on a fresh main-based RustPython release build:

  • The two existing MiscTest distance tests initially produced one pass and the expected unexpected-success result (exit 2).
  • After marker retirement, the same two tests passed with zero skips, including all 136,075 threshold/distance checks over the fixture.
  • Normal hooks passed. The byte-copy route and marker migration are separately idempotent.

The full traceback, workspace and CAPI suites were not run locally. No interpreter implementation or new test logic is included.

AI assistance: OpenAI Codex assisted with source inspection, canonical import, validation and PR preparation.

Import the unchanged Python 3.15.0 fixture with the official library updater
and retire the missing-fixture expectedFailure after validating the existing
distance and threshold tests. Preserve all assertions and unrelated markers.

Integrate main at 9bd84b2 while preserving the published mega history.
Keep the authentic profiler locator and capabilities from RustPython#9340, set-cycle
GC from RustPython#9343, backward-compatible bytecode tooling from RustPython#9344, package
paths from RustPython#9345, canonical Levenshtein coverage from RustPython#9346, and the safe
full-width None-return scanner from RustPython#9347.

Regenerate support helpers through the official updater from unchanged
CPython d220409a13b7, preserving four exact existing-main neighborhoods.
Retain the newer main specialization/C-stack helpers, Cargo environment
adaptation, prior isolation checks and remaining Python 3.15 updates.
The obsolete manual capability guard is superseded by the genuine API.

Preserve unlanded explicit sharing modes and opcode override support.
Ruff and XML vendor sources remain unchanged.

Validation: normal hooks, locked host_env/VM/stdlib library check and
strict Clippy, and the default CLI build. No target-runtime or full-suite
pass is claimed for this composition.
