I've gone ahead and committed the Arduino monitoring code to the 'feature-flow_monitoring' branch.
To get RPi set up for the Alamode, follow Wyolum's documentation.
Since the flow sensors will be pulling power, we want to bypass the PRi's onboard fuse. To do this, set your 5V_Link jumper to ON. Then, plug the power into the Alamode board instead of the RPi.
