Nora's AI desk agents — Scheduler, Biller, Recruiter, Compliance, Marketer — run the office for small home-care agencies: filling shifts by text, syncing state EVV data, watching Medicaid authorizations, chasing invoices, and shipping local SEO. All of it under staged autonomy the owner controls, rung by rung.

Live today:

  • Real-time EVV ingestion from HHAeXchange — visits, schedules, and authorizations syncing around the clock for live agencies
  • Medicaid claims rail (837P / 277CA / 835) with authorization lapse + overage detection
  • Five production agency websites on a config-driven Next.js platform (Lighthouse ~100s)
  • An honesty-first design system: no metric renders without real data behind it
