Fixes a test that was failing/misaligned after the MSIX PATH handling change was backported, ensuring the test suite correctly validates the stable execution-alias PATH behavior.

Testing
Original PR updated the PATH test to align with the MSIX execution-alias PATH handling fix. Backport verified by confirming the cherry-pick applied cleanly with no conflicts on release/v7.6.7, which already includes the corresponding product fix from PR #27782 (backport PR #28091).
