A routine bundle deploy (PR #3749, GAE version prod-2423-16a439e live 14:40Z) landed during the Stage 8 soak and regressed /us/metadata p95 from ~2-4s to ~7-11s (same ~11MB gzip payload; transient 40-90s transfer stalls in the first post-deploy hour, settled since). The 13:25Z canonical was captured on 4.20.2 and no longer reflects the app the ramp will run on. Re-captured at 15:57Z on 4.20.3, clean 30/30, still GAE-via-LB at weights 100/0. Path-health probes (liveness/readiness) are unchanged between captures — the regression is app-version drift, not LB-path drift. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <[email protected]>
