Description
This is the second Pull request for the wiki validation improvements.
It adds a dedicated workflow for commenting on the Pull request, using the
workflow_runtrigger and available context to run when the Validation Workflow fails.It only seems to run on the master branch, hence why this is a separate PR targeting that branch.
This also removes the validation workflow, as it only is triggered on the wiki branch for PRs targeting it, from what I tested.
