What happens?

1. Unloading all placeholders when reloading the "/papi reload" plugin
2. No message that placeholderapi is reloaded.

Expected Behaviour

Reload correctly all the placeholders registered in the folder, and show me that such number of extensions have been reloaded successfully.

How to Reproduce

Extensions : Expansion-bungee, Expansion-essentials, Expansion-luckperms, Expansion-player, Expansion-playerlist, Expansion-server, Expansion-Skippi_NOjwIyx

Run /papi reload in game or console.

/papi dump Output
