Show localized, actionable direct-route 403/404/5xx errors without changing the 401 session path; stop masking identity-link authorization failures as empty data; translate account and environment-member validation. Focused Chrome tests: authorization route 1/1, account subset 14/15 initially (test fixture injection only), corrected test 1/1, environment permission suite 7/7. Localization source checks pass. CI must independently run the full project gate and package immutable 1.6.130.
