  Basic Usage
     drill questions.tsv

  Read and record each row of a tab separated data file. Each
  column entry is spoken in the voice named by the column heading.
  For Example:

  Alex                  Cepstral Vittoria             Cepstral Vittoria
  don't speak too fast  non parle troppo velocemente  non parli troppo velocemente
  how old is your son?  suo figlio, quanti ani ha?    quanti ani ha suo figlio?
  # example comment

  Issues
  The columns must be tab separated, any spaces will cause problems.
  Use phrases.tsv as an example.
