Currently, widgets have tooltips if the name is too long to fit in the bounds of the widget. As suggested in #2665 and various other times in the past, it could be useful to allow authors to customize this tooltip to provide information about the purpose of the widget, so that the user doesn't have to go and find its description in the Info tab.
