Compatibility with new MXML files used as of NMS version 5.50

Add backwards compatibility with older MBINCompiler versions (<4.70)

Adjust to new MBINCompiler EXML format

Standalone exe, no need for extra dependencies

• Add --timer command line option to monitor the speed
• Fix incorrect total number of files reported

Includes all standard folders, as well as a batch script to execute the script with default settings.
