I have two CYD boards
The PCB has ESP32-2432S028 (without "R" or "S") printed on it and is has 2x USB (one USB-C and one Micro-USB)

I didn't found the real specs of the CYD. But this ESP32-D0WD-V3 is also included here: https://www.espressif.com/sites/default/files/documentation/esp32_datasheet_en.pdf In this document, it looks like:

ESP32-D0WD-V3 stands for:

• D -> Dual code Xtensa® 32-bit LX6 up to 240 MHz
• 0 -> No in-package flash - No PSRAM
• WD -> Wi-Fi b/g/n + Bluetooth/Bluetooth LE dual mode

Other specs i found:

• 448 KB ROM for booting and core functions
• 520 KB SRAM
• 8 KB SRAM - RTC FAST Memory
• 8 KB SRAM - RTC SLOW Memory
• 1 Kbit of eFuse: 256 bits are used for the system (MAC address and chip configuration) and the
  remaining 768 bits are reserved for customer applications, including flash-encryption and chip-ID.
