Luckily these are the same ABI version as those in RockyLinux where the server was built.
Also MYSQL_DYNAMIC_PLUGIN needed to be defined to build a dynamic plugin.
There where ABI differences in the sql service interface
More convience to see it was doing the right things like linking to the right libraries.
