Summary

Replace the missing SCOPE_DOC_TOKEN PAT with the existing FLUX_APP GitHub App (now installed on both scope-core and scope-doc).

Changes

  • Added "Generate GitHub App token" step using FLUX_APP_ID/FLUX_APP_PRIVATE_KEY, scoped to scope-core,scope-doc
  • Checkout now uses the app token (enables git push for tags)
  • gh release create uses the app token instead of the unavailable PAT

Fixes #924

Replace the missing SCOPE_DOC_TOKEN PAT with the existing FLUX_APP
GitHub App (already installed on scope-core and scope-doc). Generates
a short-lived token scoped to both repos for tag push and release
creation.

Fixes #924
