  1. chore: simplify release workflow to build Linux ARM64 .deb only 

    - Remove multi-platform matrix (Windows, macOS)
- Build only Linux ARM64 .deb packages
- Auto-release on workflow dispatch using version from package.json
- Install system fpm to avoid cross-compilation issues
- Generate release notes automatically
