Introduced SnappyMode param

Balanced mode behavior:
  - Faster yaw/speed filtering than mode 0, but not raw.
  - Smaller deadzone than mode 0, but not near-zero.
  - Keeps target smoothing, but with faster response.
  - Keeps rate limiting and wind/unwind damping, but weaker than mode 0.
