Поля можно сделать публичными и удалить функции-геттеры. Т.к. ты пометил поля final, то можно оставить прямой доступ до полей - это будет так же надёжно, как и с геттерами

Минимальную и максимальную скорости лучше вынести в константы для повышения читабельности кода
