PowerShell 保存命令完成后的空记录裸 CR 被旧完成判据拒绝，导致 stage2 超时。本修正仅允许已有边界、空且未编辑、尚未匹配输出的 CR，仍要求完整独立标记和新提示符；原 8192 B、30/40 秒与产品恢复断言保持。
同一 122 B 原运输在旧 helper 真红、修正后绿；仅删除该 CR 的诊断对照在旧 helper 通过，两次 hosted 失败记录完全相同。Standards/Spec 代码与脱敏证据审查通过。
源码 4daf992 的默认/system、候选/system、候选/官方 flags24 各原两轮保存→普通恢复→钳制恢复，共 18 次通过。完整官方 CTest 54/56、449.38s；保存/恢复方法通过，Vim59、resize43、main7、ui52 由 #51/#52/#63 承接。两条 CI 成功，其中 Windows 默认 51/51；证据 188228e，完整身份和内部跳过见 validation.json。
关联 #72，叠加 #77。本 PR 将同一修正纳入实验栈；主线修复另见 #79。文档提交后的当前 HEAD CI 仍需核对。未把局部结果写成整个后端/R2 通过。
