#144（Node 纯夹具 10 秒超时）加一条有界诊断，不改期限：test_production_js_native_contract调用 Node 时加--require <preload>；{started, version}写入临时 checkpoint 文件；这样下一次同类失败就能区分"进程创建/加载停顿"与"夹具执行停顿"，而不用像 PR150 那样引入完整分阶段 runner。
