给 Qt 终端加可选的输入字节观测
TERMFORGE_QT_INPUT_LOG：键路径成功model_.send()时记录{bytes, hex}，与已有的 IME 事件观测互补。默认关闭，不改变发送逻辑。用它得到的结论（#155 的 Ctrl-C 消费关系）
在同一 VM、同一固定拼音、我们的应用里：
ni'hao（IME 日志有 5 条 preedit）；03）；ni'hao之后没有新的 cancel/commit 事件 —— 组合也没有被取消。即：组合态下的 Ctrl-C 既没有到达我们的
keyPressEvent（没有03），也没有产生 IME 取消事件，被输入法/系统层吞掉了。这与本 issue 早前 N9 的观察一致（"没有 C KeyPress、没有 03"）。边界
