内容

把 #56 已完成的证据整理成可执行的路径结论 + 实施/维护方案，作为本项收口：

  • 新增 docs/research/conpty-margin-path-decision.md：
    • 合同与分层检查点已固定（源 VT / 源 CHAR_INFO / transport / 末端），原失败保留；
    • 根因收敛到固定上游 1.25 源码（_CreateAltBuffer 共享 _stateMachine、单一 _scrollMargins、_SetAlternateScreenBufferMode 不保存/恢复）；
    • 受支持路径比较：上游修复（长期首选，接纳未知）、MIT fork（唯一有同输入 red→green：adapter 412/412、8 次同源原生/末端、12 次控制场景）、VT-off（拒绝）、旧 passthrough（拒绝）、换 console server（不采纳）；
    • 结论：推荐随包固定 ConPTY 采用该 fork，按 ADR-0006 需用户确认后生效；同时给出采纳前必须补齐的 4 项与升级门禁。
  • 在旧的路径文档顶部标注其“候选仅可应用”状态已被后续真实构建与 20 次运行取代；EVIDENCE 增加一行。

Consolidates the fixed upstream root cause, the fork build/run evidence and the supported-path comparison into a decision record: recommend the MIT fork, adoption requires user confirmation in #34; ADR-0007, #41 and the product backend stay unchanged.

检查说明：唯一红项 regression (windows-2025) 是 text_actions 用例 test_actual_system_copy_paste_and_shortcuts_twice（actions scenario timeout stage 35，42.5s）。同 commit 的 PR 运行全绿；本 PR 只改 docs（新增路径结论 + EVIDENCE 一行），不含源码，故不推断因果。按惯例记录到 #38 后继续。
