旧 Win32/system-ConPTY CI 在恢复几何后丢失2499B选区，但缺少实际解析消费切点。本PR增加显式 EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL 的离线 C++ 诊断，复用真实 Parser/TextDocument/TextSelection，固定1071B合成运输和四个切点；不改生产策略、不注册产品通过的CTest。
唯一四-case执行绑定源
178faba6c245298a1410d6954b6a7e1df1e9bbd7：A/C保留，B/D在第五段重绘首次失效，两者行分配路径不同。61条完整记录/51 checkpoint与原始SHA留证；只能证明机制足以产生坏状态，CI实际切点和根因仍未知，semantic acceptance=false。witness root已回收，但Job曾剩1成员并发起一次终止后归零；没有其身份，未称全树自然退出。独立两轴审查后的
bf56951仅补最终输出flush后检查；在全新目录仅构建成功，新EXE未执行，旧唯一执行/EXE/原件不改。最终HEAD6f23b66db78744ece209adf0eeb393740a622d29Standards/Spec均0未解决发现。该HEAD的6个hosted工作流均首次成功；PR默认Windows61/61（286.70s）、Linux41/41（22.07s），实际checkout6458fd01d22836828fb00fb0fe2f861113c8f3ec。这些回归没有执行 EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL witness，不计为新四-case执行。限定报告区分原执行与新源仅编译。本PR不关闭#156，不是生产修复、实际CI因果、Qt/TUI或性能验收。
