当前0bdcfb2的push/default Windows在hosted准备失败：cmd0/16ms，PS5.1在原10s超时（10359ms），全部Windows产品CTest未运行。原summary/log/两artifact已核对SHA并记#81，worker自然exit1、Job0/6/0；根因未知、不重跑。本地61/61、当前Qt专用PR/push成功及其他事件均按各自身份分列，不能用后续通过覆盖该失败。 |

keyPressEvent拒绝非 ASCII 文本，L中文R经独立接收端只得到LR。本改动复用既有KeyboardEncoder，按 widget 保留 UTF-16 半个代理项，以临时编码器处理整事件，整包被有界队列接受后才提交状态；保留 ASCII 与既有正常模式按键。焦点/隐藏/关闭/不可用目标清理状态，1025B 事件整包拒绝且不污染已持有的高代理项，1024B 与 NUL 有真实字节验证。8adc256、Return 边界 red39e3c2c、旧 focused2bdcea3原件分别保留；不把其结果改记为联合源码。05f0065的动态尺寸后，执行源固定2b6d988914b04a2a05520f0b67c08c30b6e2b43b，保留 resize/字体/DPR 与编码器清理；最终文档发布为0bdcfb2d81b61ea0a91efd02be99a84935840187。0bdcfb2最终 Standards 硬违规/heuristic 0、Spec P1/P2 0。PR 默认 Windows58/58、276.88s，Linux38/38、20.26s，checkout e26d5d9；Qt专用和参考PR/push四条成功。push/default在PS5.1 preflight原10s超时、产品CTest未运行，原artifact已核对并记[R2][CI] 定位 hosted shell 准备超时并保留子命令边界 #81，无重跑。各事件独立保留，准备合入main并按#147限定范围关闭。限定报告与固定联合证据。Qt public events/offscreen 不等于真实 OS IME、物理键盘、原生 Unicode 窗口、字素/宽度/glyph/fallback、应用键盘模式、CF、DPI或性能验收；旧原生 resize 仍只绑定0ff，旧 #80/#81/#144/#145 根因未被本次通过填补。#30/R2仍开放。
