为固定 WindTerm 2.7.0 的本地 cmd 配置请求补充实际 console/view 读取和独立全文校验。一次已授权执行中，producer console window 与原版 activeView 均读到 120×40，14行/536B及一个空尾行完整匹配；document capacity=23 单独保留。
只修改自有副本 global/wind.config 的三个标量 token，BOM、注释及其他字节保留，另外4046个原发行文件逐一未变。旧 #119 源和证据、九个实际生产源、false proposal、授权计划及原件均保持不变。公开 validation.json 原样复制普通出口；原始数据和资源留 local。
结果仍为 partial：28条 dot-key 设置读取未获得值；有限枚举发生截断。QWidget 的 Roboto Mono 9pt 仅是控件元数据，不能证明终端 glyph 字体、字体请求失效或实际 fallback。完整C0、回滚10000有效性、autocomplete有效性、glyph/字体文件、消费/呈现和性能均未知。
验证：新工具普通/python -O各14项、旧工具12项；合并main 5f7373f后两个工具的Debug CTest 2/2；普通/-O离线重算与原出口逐字节相同。独立重算9源、5模块、组合/完整注入脚本、完整oracle、byte patch、13份raw hash及Job/profile通过。root监督唯一实际CLI至exit0，Job active0；本次收尾没有再次运行原版。
执行生产源28f293a、准备HEAD b22293f，发布HEAD 378f72a。报告：benchmarks/tools/results/2026-10-29-c0-settings-reference/README.md。
