现有默认与 Alacritty 参考 CI 没有构建已确认的 C++/Qt/固定 ConPTY 入口。本 PR 新增独立 Windows 作业，从 manifest 固定归档准备 Qt 6.10.3 与 ConPTY 1.25.260930003，构建产品和 smoke，并运行 OwnedJob 会话检查。Refs #117。
准备工具拒绝缺失/损坏缓存和已存在输出，临时目录内验证归档及 ConPTY 命名成员哈希；只新增相对 qt.conf，不修补 SDK 二进制或 .prl。CI 仅保存不含私有路径的准备身份，不生成发行包。同步 R2 文档中 #115 已合入 main 的状态。
本地公共边界与清理测试10/10；两次不同目录的4358文件SDK树身份一致。全新SDK configure及两个Qt target构建成功，Qt CTest 1/1通过（0.58秒），750结果、退出37、错误文字、关闭及Job active0/total7/terminated0已核对。核心/Qt源码未改，不重复声称此前47项全部是本配置能力。
独立 Standards/Spec 最终均无剩余发现。实测源码
ecb559800e8146126117360ca24c519e08698ae6的专用 PR CI 与 push CI 均 attempt1/success；PR实际检出tree与source相同。实际MSVC19.51.36260.0、Qt1/1、750/exit37及Job0/7/0已独立回读。首次许可换行和下一源码VS2022 generator失败保留；新源码分别修复，未重跑旧作业。准备CLI6/6，摘要失败仍输出路径无关JSON。公开固定结果分列SDK/本地VS2022/hostedVS2026/原失败；后续记录提交只改证据和索引，不改变编译输入。此项不验收原生上屏、物理输入、真实DPI、Qt完整工作区、分发或R2整体。
