You must have a current commercial license or support contract with Oracle that includes Oracle Java SE to use the Oracle JRE Updates and Oracle JDK Updates available on the Support Portal.  The Oracle Java Binary Code License for the Java SE Platform Products that may appear on installation or otherwise is not a commercial license for this purpose.  Please contact your Oracle sales representative if you are unsure whether you have the proper license or would like to obtain one.
