- Add new sln (Build.sln) that removes references to submodules folder. This should fix Nuget restore
- Fix ambiguous call to ConsoleAssert method and fix PackageReference to refer to newest Nuget version
- Change targeted Nuget version from 1.0.0-* to 0.6.0-*
