An algorithm about predicting the attenuation of the wireless communication in the city for the meteorological application.
I am a beginner of the Python and have little knowledge about Raytrace algorithm and wireless communiacation.
In fact, I am major in meteorology and need the algorithm to research the influence of the weather factor such as rain, snow and wind on the wireless communication attenuation.
