  1. feat: switch distribution from Node-bundled tarballs to Bun-compiled … 

    …binaries

Replace the Node runtime + JS bundle distribution with single Bun-compiled
executables per platform. This eliminates the vendored Node download, the
--liftoff-only V8 workaround, and simplifies install to a single binary.

Key changes:
- Embed WASM grammars via bun's `with { type: 'file' }` syntax
- Inline schema.sql as TypeScript constant (src/db/schema.ts)
- Pre-bundle shimmer worker to JS, embed as string, write to temp at runtime
- Skip parse worker in compiled mode (in-process fallback)
- Fix bun:sqlite named param @-prefix requirement
- Replace new Function importESM trick with direct import() (ES2022 module)
- Rewrite install.sh, pack-npm.sh, npm-shim.js for single binary
- Update release workflow to use build-bun-compile.sh
- Delete old build-bundle.sh and package-lock.json
