The native wfctl test package exhausted Go’s 600-second package alarm after about 598.49 seconds of completed tests. This stages the existing CI trust rows for a separate change to
go test -v -race -timeout=15m -coverprofile=coverage.out ./....This PR changes only the four allowlists. The active workflow remains unchanged; adoption and promotion follow in separate PRs. Operation deadlines, tests, assertions, race detection, coverage, permissions and secret scope remain unchanged.
Validation: two independent prepared-source reviews passed; exact row-prefix, context/statement digest and full-tree preservation checks passed. Full native CI and trusted policy validation are required before integration.
Governed by Task32/NB1–NB8 and ADR0189.
