Promote the complete six-workflow Go 1.27.2 wave already realized by accepted main e79ac94: CI (including Go Tests), benchmark, CodeQL, dependency-update, pre-release and release. Only P/E/C/A change: 6 presence, 4 executable, 193 command and 42 action rows move from staged to active; only obsolete predecessor rows are removed. Retained row identities, metadata and order stay exact. All 3,526 non-owning source blobs and modes, six workflow YAMLs, authority inventory and isolated Go 1.26.5 floor remain unchanged.
Actual Go 1.27.2 validation passed: trusted six-group scan and independent frozen promotion consumer; complete stage/adopt/promote pairs; all 18 omitted-group controls (generic classifier accepts, owning complete-group gate refuses); three actual mixed-wave refusals; core count1; unchanged full core/guard/fixture harness; vet; and actionlint. The existing repository harness passed in 392.925s, including guard 356.946s. The additional agent-selected four-minute guard cutoff failed and remains recorded; it was not retried or used to change any repository source, test deadline or cache configuration. Both independent source reviews bind this exact tree and body before publication.
