Stage 245 complete future P/E/C/A records for the six-workflow Go 1.27.2 wave, including the approved CI Go Tests aggregate and lint 2.14.0 selectors. All 400 existing rows retain their literal serialized objects, order and properties; all 3,526 non-owning source blobs and modes remain exact to accepted main 428872b. Workflow YAML adoption follows separately in Task11.

Actual Go 1.27.2 validation passed: core count1, unchanged full core/guard/fixture harness, vet, trusted/self scans, independent frozen stage consumer, and actionlint. All 42 actual lifecycle checks passed: three complete stage/adopt/promote wrapper and consumer pairs, plus 18 omitted-workflow cases where the generic classifier accepts the subset and the owning gate refuses for the exact intended cause. Six inert future YAMLs and eight literal Bash status/injection controls also pass. Both independent prepared-stage reviews pass C0/I0/A0; evidence Minors remain documented in the root custody join.

The earlier ordinary sandbox cache failure and agent-added 240-second guard cutoff remain recorded. Supported tool review allowed the existing standard cache; the unchanged repository harness then passed in 390.731s, including guard 354.882s. No source test deadline, guard, cache configuration, protection, secret, module floor or workflow changes are included. Owning Linux native/security/protected/PR/main/snapshot evidence remains mandatory before acceptance. Existing official OSV findings remain visible and unwaived; no security-clean or Compute runtime claim is made.
