docs: add AGENTS.md for structure, CI, and release - #93
main moved to release-please in a2fbd49 (#96), so three sections here need updating after a rebase.
CI table.initiate_release.yml and publish-new-version.yml are deleted. Current files:

Required checks on main are now ci / 🧪 Test & lint and 👮 Conventional PR title.
Release. Steps 1-3 are gone. The flow is: merge a feat: or fix: PR, release-please opens a Release PR that bumps gradle.properties and CHANGELOG.md, merge that, and the tag, the GitHub Release and the Maven Central push follow automatically. No version input, no standard-version. publish_tag on the Release workflow replaces Publish New Version. Tags stay unprefixed.
PR conventions.pr_title.yml enforces conventional PR titles and it is a required check, so the "commitlint step is commented out" line is stale. The release-* branch-name warning no longer applies either, that trigger is gone.
