Adds documentation examples for the --inputdeck-mode CLI flag, explaining how to control the input deck (keyboard/touchpad) power/detection behavior on supported Framework laptops.
Changes:
- Added a new “Controlling Input Deck State” section describing input deck behavior and supported platforms.
- Added example commands for
framework_tool --inputdeck-mode {off,on,auto}. - Promoted “Checking board ID” to a top-level section following the new content.
