Can we switch the scylladb Go int tests to use cassandra? It should just need minor changes and swapping the docker image. |

What this PR does / why we need it:
We are migrating from ScyllaDB to Cassandra, all the driver changes were first merged to this stage branch and tested and should be merged to main after testing is done.
