Captures the flow proven by the 0.14.3 release: version bump, changelog roll (docs/CHANGELOG.md, plain-language section), isolated pack smoke test, tag, GitHub release conventions, NuGet push, and the lessons learned (tag every published version; notes carry the union when a version was skipped).
