  1. style(Deps/LandDevContainers): Improve README formatting and indentation 

    Clean up the HTML table structure in the README by adding proper indentation, line breaks, and self-closing tag spacing. The deprecated notice table for VS Code Dev Containers is now more readable with consistent formatting.

This is a purely cosmetic formatting change with no functional impact on the deprecated dev container definitions.
