Convert HTML table indentation from spaces to tabs and add self-closing slashes to img tags in all 10 localized README files (English, French, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional). The sponsor tables for Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers now use consistent tab-based indentation and self-closing image elements.

This improves readability and maintains consistent HTML formatting across the Biome dependency's documentation.

Replace with consistent tab indentation for better readability and maintainability.

This is a purely cosmetic whitespace change with no functional impact on the Biome dependency or its documentation rendering.
