  1. Added Support for only dropping modified tables 

    After lots of work there is now a new history structure which allows for more detailed change logging and because of this has the ability to only remove tables which have been changed, while respecting all other tables. Also respects other data potentially being in the database and even different separate datasets that don't clash anymore of one of them changes their structure!
