a Google Chrome Extension which makes Github more usable

1. download Github.user.js
2. enter URL 'chrome://extensions' in the address bar of your Google Chrome
3. drag & drop the Github.user.js onto the Chrome Window
4. visit any Pull Request Page on the Github.com
