- build.yml: test (JDK 17, 21, 25) matrix + `build` aggregator (the required check); live API
  tests against stag-v2 with CONVERTAPI_STAGING_TOKEN, skipped without it; javadoc and sources
  jars, examples compiled, Java 8 class files checked, CI-versioned jar as an artifact.
- publish.yml: GitHub Release v{semver} by tomasr78 -> checks publisher, re-run actor, tag,
  pre-release tick, main ancestry and that Central lacks the version; versions:set from the tag;
  tests; GPG-signs; uploads via central-publishing-maven-plugin 0.12.0 (autoPublish, waits for
  PUBLISHED) using secrets of the maven-central environment.
- pom.xml: version placeholder 0.0.0-SNAPSHOT, release 8, pinned plugins, enforcer (Maven 3.9.x,
  JDK 17+), `release` profile; OSSRH distributionManagement, nexus-staging and
  maven-release-plugin removed with Dockerfile, maven-release.sh and the .iml. Maven wrapper 3.9.16
  with checksum.
- Fix convertRemoteFile*: upload-from-url is gone (404 on v2 and staging); use upload?url=.
- Fix convertFile(Path, String, Config, ...): upload with the given Config, not the defaults.
- JUnit 5 tests (offline + live), RELEASING.md, CHANGELOG.md, dependabot.
