1. Fuzzy Search & NoneType Path Error (Issues #758 & #750)

• Testing: Ran the automated unit tests using pytest for the _levenshtein_distance fuzzy logic and the any_repo_matches_path helper.
• Output: All tests PASSED successfully, proving that CamelCase fuzzy names and empty database paths are correctly handled.

2. Indexing Empty Files Bug (Issue #701)

• Testing: Ran the command python -m codegraphcontext.cli.main index . --force to simulate a complete re-indexing.
• Output: The previous index was successfully deleted and the codebase was cleanly re-indexed without throwing the incorrect "repo exists but has no files" error.

3. OpenCode MCP Configuration (Issue #728)

• Testing: Ran the cgc mcp setup command to verify IDE support.
• Output: OpenCode is now natively presented in the interactive IDE selection list and generates the expected stdio MCP JSON block.

4. New SKILL File & uvx Docs (Issues #783 & #804)

• Testing: Verified the filesystem for the new .cursor/skills integration and the uv/uvx instructions.
• Output: Both the SKILL.md and the setup_workflows.md display the correct configuration and uvx codegraphcontext --help instructions.

Verdict: The code changes are solid, the bugs are fixed, and no regressions were found during manual testing.
