Rechecked the entire diff: exactly one duplicated CSS comment is removed; selectors, declarations and generated behavior are unchanged. This needs no runtime test. The old parity/Windows failures are unrelated to this comment-only edit; the current maintenance candidate's strict parity and platform tests pass. Ready to merge.
