Rather than generic FAQ filler, every entry maps an actual reported issue to its fix (with the shipping version) or its workaround: the indexing census loop (#1673), embedded-DB lock conflicts (#1683), the named-context repos desync (#1317), silent vector-resolve (#1597), the stale-venv grammar trap (#1625), JSONC settings destruction (#1677), ignore-source layering (#1680), argument-type search (#1685), missing viz edges (#1689), CI gating, and .NET specifics. Fixes #1567
