…#1326) Superseded runs of the same PR are cancelled (pushes to main and scheduled runs never are), and setup-python's built-in pip cache is enabled across test/e2e/parity/lint/macos — cutting redundant Actions minutes without touching what gets tested. Python-version matrixing already exists in test.yml, and the deploy/publish/security workflows are deliberately left uncancellable.
