Thanks for the contribution, but this can't merge as written — the instructions are for a different kind of project.

CodeGraphContext is a Python package. The added sections tell users to run:

npm install
npm run dev

and to "Ensure you are using the supported Node.js version" and "Delete node_modules and reinstall".

There is no root package.json, and requires-python = ">=3.10" (pyproject.toml:8). The README's own installation section says:

pip install codegraphcontext

A user following the new Troubleshooting section would be stuck immediately. (The one node_modules mention already in the README is an ignore-list entry, not an instruction. The website/ subdirectory is a Vite app with npm — but that's the marketing site, not the tool the README documents.)

A troubleshooting section is genuinely wanted — the request is good, just needs the project's real failure modes. From the current issue tracker, these are the things users actually hit:

Symptom Cause
cgc index reports "only N of M files indexed" on every run fixed in #1566 — worth documenting the upgrade
Bad CPU type in executable on Intel Mac #622 — arm64-only bundled binary
find_code response exceeds the client's token limit #412 — set MAX_TOOL_RESPONSE_TOKENS, which ships disabled ("0")
Binder exception on KùzuDB with multiple projects #752
cgc watch memory growth #744

And the real FAQ answers: install is pip install codegraphcontext, first run is cgc setup then cgc index ., and cgc doctor diagnoses backend problems.

If you'd like to rewrite it around those, I'd be glad to review — please verify each command actually runs before committing. Closing this version.
