Running with uvx

I was having some issues with this with uvx:

> uvx codegraphcontext index .
No configuration file found. Using defaults.
Using database: FalkorDB Lite
Initializing services and database connection...

...

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tree_sitter_c_sharp'

So I ran the following to add that tree sitter package:

> uvx --with tree-sitter-c-sharp codegraphcontext index . 
No configuration file found. Using defaults.
Using database: FalkorDB Lite
Initializing services and database connection...
Services initialized.
Starting indexing for: $REPO
Successfully finished indexing: . in 78.81 seconds

This was a bug that we solved some weeks back, and am curious why does it still exists??
